This type of cable consists of two to four insulated cores of Aluminum conductors twisted around bare or insulated Aluminum Alloy Conductor (Messenger) and consist of following construction.

Phase Conductors

Hard Drawn Aluminum Conductor insulated by black weather resistant polyethylene, XLPE or PVC

Lighting Conductor

Hard Drawn Aluminum Conductor insulated by black weather resistant polyethylene, XLPE or PVC

Messenger Conductor

Hard Drawn Aluminum Conductor Bare or insulated by black weather resistant polyethylene, XLPE or PVC and it is also Neutral Conductor
